The Knob Noster Fire Department (KNFD) put their best foot forward at the 19th Annual 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony despite COVID-19’s best effort to postpone events around the area. A lighter than normal crowd braved the mist and cool temps to pay their respects to those that gave their all and continue to give their all because of the hazardous conditions fire responders encountered on that incident scene. KNFD would also like to thank Pastor Jim Richards, our local Triad-AFJROTC Cadets, Whiteman Air Force Base Fire Department, Johnson County Ambulance District, and Johnson County Fire Protection District Station 4, for their support of our annual ceremony. KNFD would also like to thank our community for their continued support every day.
