St. Louis County
Monarch Fire Protection District, a large fire district in St. Louis County, held several public education events in October 2024. Events included public education at schools, CPR classes at commercial businesses, and engine company training from October. A portion of our public education tools includes a fire safety simulation trailer, an inflatable fire safety house, a Bullard fire extinguisher prop, and much more.
Our district includes at least 15 senior living facilities, approximately 20 schools, a hospital, and many churches within our fire district boundaries. In addition to this, we have an incredible amount of commercial growth. The Monarch Fire Protection District consists of 80,000 residents and we cover 62 square miles.
