It has been quite a year in District 12. Many of us have seen an increase in call responses, but we still have time to enjoy the holidays, and one of the best parts of the job is the smiling faces during a parade. Cape Girardeau, Jackson, and Oak Ridge all held evening parades this year with lighted floats, candy, and fire apparatus.
It’s a real joy to see how creative everyone can be adding lights and extra decor to the apparatus to bring smiles to our communities. As we enter a new year with new challenges, thank you for all you do for your communities and stay safe.
