The Missouri Patriot Day Committee held a state-wide poster contest. Judging took place on January 25, 2021. Fifty-four posters were submitted. The winning poster was submitted by Garrett Horn from Blair Oaks High School in Wardsville, Missouri. The first place poster will be used for all logos with the event. Operation Bugle Boy donated the prize money for the poster contest with the understanding that each winner would donate their prize money back to a charity named in the contest rules.
