Meeting called to order by president Diane Hanes at 9:00 a.m.

Minutes
Diane asked if there were any changes or comments for the June 2016 meeting minutes. No changes were brought forward. Theresa made a motion to accept the meeting notes, seconded by Chris, motion passed.
Financial report
There was no changes to the treasure report from last meeting, balance is $3,094.45. It was discussed that Theresa would be the second signature for on the account since she is the closest to Sheri. Chris made a motion to accept the financial report, seconded by Ann, motion passed.
Committee Reports
Membership
Theresa sent out an up-to-date membership roster.
Fundraisers
We sold a lot of what we purchased so Sheri is going to take an inventory of what we have to sell for our fundraisers in the future.

Diane spoke about the ones that were submitted.
Convention
Jessica will be our contact person for the 2017 convention.

There is no information for the 2017 services at this time.
Contest

Historian
Chris made a motion to purchase a camera for the auxiliary use. The cost for the camera, case and memory cards should be around $150.00. Jonie second the motion.
Audit

No changes at this time.
Old Business
There was no old business to discuss.
New Business
The next convention was discussed on what we will be in charge of: table covering (need to find out what type of tables are going to be used), table decorations (including head table), fundraiser items and silent auction. Jessica will be our contact person and will let us know of anything else that we will need to help with. Need costs by October meeting so we know how much to budget.
It was discussed on how to increase membership. Convention Friday night meeting was discussed, it was decided we won’t need one at this time because we have no by-law changes coming up.
Theresa made a motion to adjourn the meeting seconded by Angela, motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m. Next meeting is to be October 2, 2016.
